Did you know that the Bon Voyage Inn has completed a full renovation of all guest-rooms in 2016? Enjoy our new look, and the convenience of our location: Direct access to Hwy 16, still in a quiet residential area. There are two restaurants and a shopping area with laundromat, health food-store, cold beer and wine store, gas station with car and truck wash, convenience store and more - just at your doorstep. Motor-bikers traveling to or from Alaska may find our property handy, since we always (based on availability) will try to have them on the ground floor, and we are happy to provide rags for cleaning ... and can offer some spots where they machines can stay dry during bad weather. Cyclists may also find us a good stop-over, since we do offer overnight locked storage for the bicycles. You don't have to bring it into your room. The Bon Voyage Inn also features a spacious, well-lit parking lot, which is a good fit for bus groups, teams, school excursions and also big trucks. Winter plug-ins are, of course, available to our guests. The Bon Voyage Inn is only two minutes from Southridge Mall, one of Prince George's biggest shopping areas with stores like WalMart, Canadian Tire, Home Depot etc., and it is only ten minutes from UNBC, the University of Northern British Columbia. We are a family oriented park and provide our guests with rides for all ages. For those thrill seekers out there, we have some of the most extreme waterslides such as the Valley of Fear, Bazooka Bowls, Speedslide and the Freefall. Food is available for purchase, and there are plenty of picnic benches and grassy areas for those of you who are not wanting to waterslide. We also have a selection of hot tubs and spray parks / kiddie areas. Everyone can stay with us at UBC's Okanagan Campus! Open from mid-May to mid-August, we offer several affordable accommodation options from single bed bedrooms, studio and one bedroom suites with queen beds, fully equipped kitchens and private washrooms to four bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens, living room and 2 private washrooms. Macaloney's Island Distillery & Twa Dogs Brewery is a producer of premium malt whiskies and superb craft beers. Our basic tour lasts 45 mins and begins in our visitors centre and flows the way the spirits go, past the grist mill where you can taste some of the various strains of malted & un- malted barley, or other cereals that we as a craft brewer as well as a distiller get to play and experiment with. Onward into the heart of the Brew & Still house through the smells of the mash tun & wash backs, past the gleaming swan necked Stills and then up into the warehouse and bottling hall before returning back to the visitors centre for a wee dram of two of the whiskies in our Macaloney Cask Selection series along with three of our craft beers.
