Island Serenity offers the most desirable features of Hotels, Bed and Breakfasts (B&Bs), Executive Suites, and Vacation Rentals to provide comfort and practicality in a reasonably priced and private Chemainus ocean-view luxury suite. Wya Point Resort is situated amongst old-growth forest and private, pristine beaches of the Yuu-thlu-ilth-aht (Ucluelet) First Nation peoples. Located on the rugged and remote west coast of Vancouver Island, we offer luxurious lodge accommodations, waterfront yurts and beachfront camping. We have nine timber lodges that were built to LEED Platinum standards using locally harvested red cedar. Each lodge is uniquely designed by a local carver and artist, and named for an animal of the Yuu-thlu-ilth-aht culture. The lodges come equipped with a full kitchenette, fireplace, bathroom, bedroom (1 or 2), cedar deck and chairs, and floor to ceiling windows that overlook Ucluth beach. Our beachfront yurts are open year-round and have private access to Wya beach. All come with a gas stove for heat, cedar deck and chairs, linens and basic kitchen essentials. While our yurts and lodges have daily housekeeping, guests are advised to bring their own potable drinking water and food.

Fairview Cellars is a boutique winery located on the Reed Creek alluvial Fan at the North end of the Benches of the Golden Mile. Fairview Cellars is known for some of the Okanagans best big bold red wines. Notable Bordeaux varietals are prevalent here with small amounts of Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc to round out the portfolio.
