Backyard Vineyards is nestled in the lush countryside of south Langley, less than an hour's drive from Vancouver. At Backyard Vineyards they harvest from their own Fraser Valley Estate vineyards and from their farmers' vineyards in the Okanagan Valley. Since opening in 2009 their wines have been recognized both locally and internationally, winning over 30 medals for quality and flavour. Reaching dedicated wine lovers and new tasters alike, they pride themselves in producing exceptional BC VQA wines at affordable prices. The tasting room and wine shop is open year round, providing an intimate setting to sample and enjoy. In the summertime visitors are welcome to take a stroll through the estate vineyard or enjoy a glass of wine paired with one of their delicious tasting platters under the beautiful outdoor covered gazebo. Founded in 1984 by Dutes and Laura Dutheil in Tlell, Haida Gwaii, Crystal Cabin Gallery began as a modest shop showcasing their handcrafted jewelry and art. Over the years, it has evolved into a renowned gallery featuring an extensive collection of Haida and Northwest Coast Indigenous art, including original paintings, carvings, and jewelry. Committed to supporting local artisans, we collaborate with over 30 Indigenous artists to celebrate and preserve the rich cultural heritage of the region. Our gallery also offers a diverse selection of crystals and gemstones, reflecting our founders' passion for mineral collecting and lapidary art. Nestled amidst the natural beauty of Haida Gwaii, Crystal Cabin Gallery continues to be a destination for those seeking authentic Indigenous art and unique geological treasures.

O'Keefe Ranch was founded in 1867 by Cornelius O'Keefe. His family lived on site for 110 years before it was opened as an historic ranch, meaning it still houses one of the most complete collections of one family's stuff (from the Victorian and Edwardian eras) in all of the province. Today O'Keefe Ranch is operated by a non-profit society and is a registered charity. Come visit us during our open season from May to October - stroll along the boardwalk, visit our original buildings (set up as they were more than 100 years ago!), visit the Greenhow museum, and go say hello to our many farm animals.

We welcome guests for free wine tastings. Guests are also able to purchase locally produced white, red, Rosé, sparkling, Ice wine, and dessert wines including port style wines. Come and join us for a great day. Pick your favorite bottle and feel free to have picnic on our ground with the beautiful view of the lake. (glasses are available for hire free of charge, deposit requires and will be refunded once the glasses are returned in good condition) B&B is also available should you require to stay overnight.

The Discovery Passage Aquarium offers fun and unique hands-on educational experiences for people of all ages. Come to see, touch and feel our incredible local marine species and habitats and discover the diverse marine life of Discovery Passage and Islands. The Aquarium is open from spring until fall each year. Specimens from representative local species are collected from the marine environment in the spring and returned to the area of collection at the end of the season.

Nestled in Sinclair Canyon, Radium Hot Springs, located in British Columbias Kootenay National Park, includes a hot soaking pool and cooler swimming pool.
