E. C. Manning Provincial Park is a focus of outdoor recreation that is unique in British Columbia. Located in the heart of the Cascade Mountains, it is within a three hour drive from either the Lower Mainland (Vancouver) or the Okanagan. The climate and geography have combined to make this park an all-season recreation area. There are 4 provincial front-country campgrounds within the park, and multiple backcountry campsites. Within E.C. Manning Provincial Park, there are incredible hiking trails, and multi-purpose trails for biking, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross-country ski and back-country trails in the winter. The park contains a large number of scenic, historic, floral and fauna attractions with opportunities for fishing, paddling and bird watching. E.C. Manning Park protects over 70 000 hectares of diversified terrain varying from the towering cedar rainforest of Sumallo Grove to the rare 2000+ year old Subalpine Larch forest on Mount Frosty.

The Old School House Arts Centre is the bright yellow community arts centre with a big history nestled in the heart of the picturesque community of Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island. The Old School House Arts Centre houses ten shared Resident artist's studios and is an established public art gallery and art learning centre. Sprinkled throughout the building are gifting items featuring the work of Island artists, and there are over 80 classes a year to partake in. The Old School House is a non-profit charitable organization that provides vibrant community programming that is open to all - regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, religious affiliation, financial status, age, sexual orientation, political belief, or physical limitation.

ONSITE BICYCLE RENTALS on one of British Columbias wonders. Experience a part of the historical Kettle Valley Railway route built between 1912-1914. This well-established, interactive 24km trail is highlighted by 2 tunnels and 18 trestles. It offers spectacular views of Myra Canyon and Okanagan Lake. It is the best outdoor activity in Kelowna for the whole family. The track is located at an elevation of 1.260 meters, it is relatively flat and can be cycled within 4 hours. We rent new, branded comfort bicycles in sizes for adults and children, tandems and tag-alongs or child trailers to pull the little ones, tandems, and tricycle. Rental times May-October: 9am-1pm, 1:30pm-5:30pm. We also rent Gazelle pedal-assist E-Bikes (each E-Biker must be 19+) We offer ½ day guided Tour in the Myra Canyon or full day self-guided tours to Penticton, Bicycle and Wine Tours Pick-up/drop off transportation is included (Kelowna/West Kelowna) We are a sustainable tourism business Biosphere committed.

Sunshine Float is a float tank and wellness centre, where customers use floatation therapy to relax, unwind, and unplug from the busy world outside. We offer the following services: Floatation Therapy Far-infrared Sauna and Relaxation Massage.

Castlegar's Golf Club is a championship 18-hole, semi-private course situated above the Columbia River. Our facilities include a fully-stocked golf shop, excellent practice facilities, full service Clubhouse & a new 20 site RV Park. We are a family business stated over 25 years ago making us one of the most experienced shops on the island with the same management. We do it all from commercial diving to suit repairs and gear servicing not to forget world class diving experiences year around. Our boat is fast, with a head & has an elevator. We offer trips from PORT HARDY to NANAIMO depending on the time of year and where the best diving is at the time. Our Port Hardy & Hornby Island trips are usually sold out months and years in advance so book your adventure early.

One of Pentictons unique and favourite summer activities is floating down the River Channel. Visitors are invited to rent inner tubes and rafts and take a leisurely ride down the 7 kilometre long Channel to Skaha Lake. The River Channel is located between Okanagan Lake and Skaha Lake. The float starts at the Coyote Cruises launch site at 215 Riverside Drive. If you need floating tubes and a ride back to your vehicle Coyote Cruises will provide both. If you are looking to rent a tube or raft or simply require transportation once you are done floating the Channel, Coyote Cruises can help you out. Pick up is at the end point only in 2020.

The Vancouver Maritime Museum is a fun, family-friendly place to explore and learn about the sea and the ships that sail it. Climb aboard the historic St. Roch, the first ship to make the west-east traverse of the Northwest Passage.
