This traditional territory of the Ka:'yu:'k't'h'/Che:k'tles7et'h' First Nations is the jumping off point to some the most spectacular and breathtaking scenery on the west side of Vancouver Island. Home to 10 Provincial Parks and Ecological Reserves, it provides unlimited access to both fresh and saltwater fishing, kayaking, wildlife viewing and exploration of some of the few old growth forests left in BC.

Macaloney's Island Distillery & Twa Dogs Brewery is a producer of premium malt whiskies and superb craft beers. Our basic tour lasts 45 mins and begins in our visitors centre and flows the way the spirits go, past the grist mill where you can taste some of the various strains of malted & un- malted barley, or other cereals that we as a craft brewer as well as a distiller get to play and experiment with. Onward into the heart of the Brew & Still house through the smells of the mash tun & wash backs, past the gleaming swan necked Stills and then up into the warehouse and bottling hall before returning back to the visitors centre for a wee dram of two of the whiskies in our Macaloney Cask Selection series along with three of our craft beers. Mackie Lake House is an historic 1910 home situated on the shores of Kalamalka Lake in Coldstream BC. It is operated by a non-profit society and offers tours, special events, and facility rentals. Join us for a guided tour or site visit (open seasonally from June - September). Mackie Lake House is a picnic-encouraged site. Out of respect to our local wildlife, no pets are permitted.

Rocky Ridge Resort is a 105 acres Resort which includes three Cabins, a Saloon and a Sauna. Do you love the Canadian wilderness but also enjoy the comforts of home? Then youve found the perfect spot at the Rocky Ridge Resort! Enjoy your time here in one of our lovely and very cozy log cabins. You can choose between one of our twin cabins or a smaller one which is a bit away from the other two. The twin cabins The Bear Cabin and The Eagle Cabin are pretty similar to each other. Both have a fully equipped kitchen with propane, two bathrooms with indoor plumbing and one with a shower, an open little living room with a woodstove in it, a separate bedroom with a queen size bed downstairs and three beds upstairs. So up to six people can stay there- perfect for a family or if you want to spend time with your friends! The third one the Honeymoon or Hummingbird Cabin is the smallest one. It have a fully equipped kitchen as well, a small livingroom, a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, two beds upstairs and one bathroom with indoor plumbing. We dont have electricity in any of our cabins, everything works with propane. Theres also a small house with a nice Sauna, a bathroom and a separate shower inside perfect to calm down after an adventurous day or just to relax! Guests with campers, caravans and tents are also welcome at our Resort.
