Bridlewood Riding Centre is an equestrian centre located between Kelowna and Vernon, in the beautiful Okanagan Valley of British Columbia. We offer a wide range of horse related services including Riding Lessons, Guided Trail Rides, Summer Camps, Children's Birthday Parties, Boarding facilities, and Training. Our facility features acres of farm land with spectacular views, three outdoor riding rings, including lighting for after dark riding, a round pen, numerous jumps, equipment, and a safe environment for you and your horse. Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site is an authentic representation of a once thriving community of canneries, boat yards, and residences, along the scenic shores of the Fraser River. Tour the oldest shipyard buildings in British Columbia, as you experience a bygone time when fishing and boatbuilding were flourishing industries on the Fraser River. Many of the buildings date back to 1885 and tell the stories of the diverse community of residents and workers in the historic fishing village of Steveston. The collection of heritage buildings has national value and was designated a National Historic Site in 1992.

Radius is a forested mountainside retreat offering walk in and hike in Yurt rentals. We are situated on 1000 acres which are open to explore in the summer, spring, and fall with trails for hiking, biking, and exploring. Radius is an off grid, sustainable wilderness area, and there is solar power in each yurt and we provide water and firewood for your stay. The yurts are anywhere from a 5 minute walk to a 7 km hike, and are all situated so that you feel like you are in peaceful solitude and truly a part of the natural area surrounding you, and yet only a few minutes from town and all the amenities it offers. Radius backs onto Kootenay National Park, extending the hiking and nature experience. The Musqueam Cultural Education Resource Centre and Museum features historical objects, contemporary art and a place to share Musqueam history and culture through song, stories, tours and activities. General admission $5. Guided group tours of the land and museum $300 (by appointment) land tours include the Chinese Market Gardens and the special relationship between the Chinese and Musqueam.

The Bridge River Valley was one of the richest gold producing areas between 1930-1950, lots of amazing history to explore!
