We offer 25 spacious campsites, 1 tipi site and 8 log cabins for nightly stays from May - October. The campsites are unserviced and include a picnic table and fire ring. The campground has outhouses with water for hand washing, a shared dishwashing sink and outdoor shower. Inside cabin includes bathrooms with showers and hot water, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, sink, dishes and a variety of sleeping arrangements in the loft. The cabins are all facing towards the wetlands with a view of the Valley. There is a deck out front each cabin with a BBQ and element for cooking, a picnic table and fire ring.

During the pandemic, the Sidney Street Market was transformed into the "Sidney Outdoor Markets". Its new location off Beacon Avenue, next to the Mary Winspear Centre, hosts two markets per week throughout the summer. The new location offers plenty of nearby parking, larger, less crowded laneways to walk, convenient public washrooms and a wonderful variety of local and regional growers, producers, artists, musicians and creators that consist of many of our old favourites along with loads of new, exciting vendors. All of this is still just steps away from beautiful downtown Sidney and the many shops, restaurants and waterfront walkway. The Sidney Famer's Market takes place everything Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm beginning on Mother's Day, May 8 and ending on September 25. Located in the South Cariboo Region of beautiful British Columba, this park like wilderness retreat known as Ruth Lake Lodge has been hosting guests since the late 1940s. The 37-acre property offers many groomed trails and access to crown land for hiking, mountain biking or horseback riding (your own horses). The 17-acre fenced pasture is available for guests travelling with horses. The waterfront area is clean and well maintained. Fishing boats, canoes, and kayaks for rent. Moosehaven Resort and Campground is 12 acres of trees and grassy meadows nestled on the shore of Hathaway Lake in the South Cariboo region of British Columbia. With 9 lakeshore cabins, 30 amp and 50 amp pull-through full-service RV sites, shower and laundry facilities, clean bathrooms, boat launch and boat rentals, kids playground, the only thing missing is you! The great swimming and fishing lake is teaming with Kokanee, Rainbow and Lake trout, as well as Burbout. Open Seasonally from April to November (weather permitting). Please note we have an abundance of wildlife that visits the resort (deer, fox, families of ducks etc), and to maintain this, we do not permit dogs in our campsites or cabins.

The Haven is a not-for-profit charitable organization located on beautiful Gabriola Island, BC, Canada. Accommodations range from rustic cabins tucked away among the trees to suites overlooking quiet coastline waters. You will feel far from the hustle and bustle of the city, even though Gabriola Island is only 20 minutes by ferry from Nanaimo, or a 20 minute float plane ride from Vancouver. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), fitness gym, and on-site massage and other bodywork. While you are here, take a walk on beachfront trails, visit local art galleries and shops, participate in morning yoga and movement, or slide into a comfortable chair to catch up on some reading.
