The Whistler Brewing Co. is Whistler's original craft brewery established in 1989 on Alpha Lake Road in Whistler, BC. The Tap House opened in 2009 in Function Junction and is today still locally owned and operated. Averill Creek is a low intervention winery on Vancouver Island. Our aim is to produce honest wines that reflect our site and the vintage, but that first and foremost give pleasure. By intervening less, we are able to provide a clear segue from vineyard to glass.
