A gem of Vancouver Island Heritage; Filberg Park is nine acres of breathtakingly landscaped waterfront green space, gardens and heritage buildings, in Comox, British Columbia. The park features 130 varieties of trees, seasonal gardens, and hundreds of rhododendrons.At the heart of the site is the 1930s heritage lodge, the former home of local pioneers Robert and Florence Filberg. Filberg Heritage Lodge and Park have become a popular venue for picnics, weddings, art shows and special events including the popular Filberg Festival held each year on BC Day long weekend in August. Amenities include the Filberg Gift Shop* and Filberg Tea House. Both are open seasonally May to September.Entry to the Lodge is by donation and the park is free of charge except during special events. *Lodge and Gift Shop are open subject to volunteer availability.

We are a 100% certified organic cidery located on the beautiful Salt Spring Island. We bought our property in 2011 and became certified organic shortly after in 2013. Currently, the ingredients in the majority of our products are grown on property using our over 3,500 apple trees consisting of over 450 varieties. What we dont source from our orchard, we get from other farms on Salt Spring Island. We mainly focus on dry cider as we feel it best captures the complexity and taste of our apples, however with our incredible range of 16 ciders, we have something for everyone. If our ciders didnt catch your attention, the view from our tasting room and orchard sure will! We sit on over 3 acres of land with an unbelievable view of the water and mountains. Emory Creek Campground is a beautiful, quiet and family run seasonal vacation camping location within the Emory Creek Provincial Park. Our spacious campsites provide a private and peaceful setting for each camper with trees and greenery surrounding each site. Expect a comfortable stay with well kept sites and several flush toilets throughout the ground. Our premium camp spots also offer a breathtaking view of the Fraser River and adjacent mountains. Now celebrating our 30th year, Momentum offers expert coaching in moguls, terrain park skiing and snowboarding from Olympians, World Cup skiers, riders and Top Pros. Open to recreational and competitive skiers of intermediate level and above, from age 9 - 70, Momentum offers youth, adult or family sessions. Choose from fully inclusive packages in the summer, including hotel, all meals, transfers, skiing and afternoon/evening activities or 'Skiing-Only' clinics in the winter with all day ski coaching on Whistler and Blackcomb!

Two waterfront cabins & a one-bedroom suite on a half acre property on the Ucluelet harbour waterfront. Each unit sleeps 2 with a Queen bed. The cabins have kitchenettes & a deck with BBQ & 2-person Jacuzzi soaker tub. The suite has a full kitchen, a deck with BBQ & exclusive use of a hot tub. Breakfast supplies are provided in each unit, and all 3 units are pet-friendly. Our beach is perfect to launch a kayak or canoe. Lots of wildlife including deer, racoons, sea lions, river otters & Bald eagles; a Blue Heron frequents the rocks off our beach regularly. A few times a year a group of transient Orcas come into the harbor & swim right past our property!

Mvma is run by adventure and motorcycle enthusiasts offering a unique and exciting way to explore British Colombia. On our tours we explore beautiful back country during our set or custom multi-day tours on adventure motorcycles.

I will personally try my hardest to put you into fish at the prime times in conjunction with the tides and currents. I have guided for 30 plus years around the local waters and if the fish are there, we will get our fair share of them. I promise you that.

Historically, Island Mountain Arts has sought to provide opportunities for the exhibition of professional artists in northern BC, for the benefit of both artists and northern communities. Relative to major urban centres, there have been minimal venues for exhibitions in the north, resulting in limited access to cultural activities for residents of small, isolated, or northern communities. Prior to 1988, Island Mountain Arts occasionally produced professional exhibitions by partnering with venues in Wells such as the Wells-Barkerville School, the Community Hall and the Wells Hotel, to exhibit artwork. With the restoration of the Hill Meat Market building in 1988 and creation of a public gallery, IMA was at last able to provide a secure professional venue for exhibits in Wells.
