Silversides Fishing provides fully guided freshwater fishing charters in Vancouver BC and the Fraser River Valley at a "truly professional level". We cater to small or large group private charters, and team building events. 1/2 day, full day, multi day. All tackle provided. Experience incredible Sturgeon fishing on the Fraser River, Salmon fishing in Vancouver and the Fraser River Valley, and Fly fishing for Bull Trout, Steelhead & Salmon. Pickup from downtown Vancouver hotels is available. We also provide a selection of fishing packages with lodging where you can enjoy wonderful scenery and river fishing for several days. We fish out of Tahsis inlet were we have the option of going out Nootka Sound or Esperenza sound. I have been fishing the west coast from Kenai, Alaska to Victoria, BC since 1978. The fishing in this area is the best all around fishing bar none on the west coast. The salmon highway that we regularly fish is known by every guide on the west coast. Salmon, Halibut and bottom fish.

The museum features exhibits about the area's heritage, including its mining, logging and agricultural history, as well as the recently restored Lancet motor launch. Admission is by donation.
