Let us help plan your trip. Summerland Visitor Centre is wheelchair accessible and offers free WIFI, washroom facilities and picnic tables.

We offer a quiet Couples only Resort. The 3 log cabins are very private and generously spaced. Each cabin features a fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom, free Satellite TV, dining area, half covered porch with furniture, full mountain views and free WIFI around the lodge. Cell phones work at the cabins and can be used to create a WIFI Hot spot. A picnic area and campfire-pit are next to each chalet. 10 minutes away from Mount Robson, in Mount Robson Provincial Park, British Columbia.Located in Tete Jaune Cache, a 1-hour scenic drive to Jasper downtown or 30 minutes to Jasper National Park. Valemount is located 12 minutes south on Hwy 5, for shopping and a variety of restaurants. We are open year round. Service in English and German. Maps, travel guides, insider info will be on the table in the cabin for our guests at check in. All year round hiking and activities are nearby. Free parking near the cabins. We offer convenient self check in starting at 3pm.

Here you will find helpful staff ready to provide maps and directions, offer local services and souveneirs, help source and book local adventures and tours, as well as secure accommodation. Our staff are all trained Tourism/Visitor Information Counsellors who are happy to answer questions and offer local insider knowledge. If you can't make it in to the qathet Visitors Centre in person, we are available to answer questions over the phone, or by email. We're happy to help you plan your visit to the Sunshine Coast and qathet region, including Powell River, Lund, Savary Island, and Texada Island. And when you get here we'd love to see you - just drop by our Visitor Centre at 4760 Joyce Avenue!

Walters Cove Resort is a luxurious fishing lodge, owned by the Kyuquot Checklesaht First Nations. Built in 1894 in the historic fishing village of Steveston, the Gulf of Georgia Cannery National Historic Site is one of B.C.'s few historically intact canneries. The Parks Canada site commemorates the history and the contributions of the diverse communities and cultures of Canada's West Coast fishing industry. Deluxe safari tents with with either king bed or two doubles. The camp is perched on a 630' long deck 16 feet in the air above the water's edge. Packages are all-inclusive with chef-prepared meals, guided activities and grizzly bear, eagle and salmon watching in the autumn months.
