Rocky Mountain Cabins
Enjoy tranquility in one of the two comfortable, romantic Rocky Mountain Cabins. You'll find the cozy Rocky Mountain Cabins just 15 minutes west of Golden, British Columbia, nestled in the beautiful Blaeberry Valley on Eagles Rest Ranch's 125 acres of private land. We are surrounded by three National Parks, Banff, Yoho and Glacier. Peaks from all three of these parks can be seen from our cabins.
Tete Jaune Lodge
Tete Jaune Lodge and Campground is located on the scenic Fraser River. There are cabins, campsites and RV sites with power and water as well as the 14 easy access rooms. The Riverside Cafe is open for dinner 5 pm - 9 pm nightly from July until September 15. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays rest of the season. Whitewater rafting is on site and bikes are free for your use. Mt. Robson is only a 10 minute drive and Jasper is 1 hour.
Idabel Lake Resort
A year-round lakeside resort offering self-contained cottages and suites, some with private hot tubs. Every unit is on the lakefront with a breathtaking lakeview from a private deck. Lake activities enjoyed include fishing, swimming, canoeing, ice fishing and boating. Complimentary canoes and rowboats are available. Local trails are great for hiking, biking and cross-country skiing. Many trails accessible by quad, ATV and snowmobile. We are on the Kettle Valley Rail Trail. Games room with pool table, ping-pong, foosball and air hockey is open for guests. Small playground, community bonfire evenings until 10:00 pm. WiFi available for an extra charge. Coin operated laundry on-site. Resident managers: Cliff and Fara. Note: There is no cell service at the resort. Free local calls available.
Crowsnest Vineyards
Crowsnest Vineyards was purchased by the Heinecke family in 1985 when the Winery, Restaurant and Guesthouse were launched. Named after the Crowsnest Highway #3, the family was an early contributor to the development of the Similkameen wine region and the wine and food has continuously evolved over the years. Siblings, Sascha and Anna Heinecke were instrumental in the evolution of the business and with the retirement of their parents, took over leadership in 2018 with a bold new vision. The vision is built on the bounty of the regionthe opportunity to express the spectacular local terroir from which we craft our wines and from which grows amazing, fresh ingredients included in our menus, pantry and bakery. We serve this bounty in a relaxed environment at our tasting bar, in our restaurant and on the view patio.
Travelodge Dawson Creek
Travelodge Dawson Creek is an excellent choice for all visitors to the Peace Region. We offer clean and quiet accommodations. Our rooms are very spacious and create a relaxing environment. They also include air conditioning, microwaves, mini-fridges and 42" flat screen TVs. For our long-term guests, we offer rooms with kitchenettes. Each reservation comes with fresh, made to order breakfast in our attached restaurant, Sam's Friends Kitchen. They specialize in Canadian classics as well as Philippine delights. Our central location is very close to Dawson Creek's main attractions including the Mile "0" Post and the start of the Alaska Highway. We also offer 24/7 front desk services and complimentary WiFi.
