Malahat SkyWalk opened in July 2021 as the newest outdoor experience providing the ultimate natural high on Vancouver Island located 35 minutes north of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Accessible by all ages and wheelchair-friendly, it will immerse visitors in nature as they embark on a 600 metre-long elevated walkway through an expansive Arbutus and Douglas Fir forest, leading to a 10-storey, architecturally-inspiring spiral tower lookout the first of its kind in B.C. Rising 250 metres above sea level, guests can enjoy 360-degree views of islands, inlets, fjords, forests and mountains in two countries. An adventure net suspended partially across the centre of the Spiral Tower provides daring guests with another breathtaking perspective on the spiraling structure below before returning to ground level with an option to take an exhilarating ride down a 20 metre (65 ft) spiral slide. Full rear hatch kitchen with electric cooler and a two burner stove, sink, power station, faucet and prep area Pop up the hatch and you’ll find a functional kitchen with all of the fixings. This includes an electric cooler/freezer combo (no ice needed!), sink, and two-burner stove with propane, plus all the cookware, utensils, and cutlery down to a corkscrew and can opener that you’ll need while exploring. A jackery 500 power station fuels the fridge… this has enough juice to keep it cold for two days. If you’re putting some clicks on the crosstrek in between, it will charge as you drive and last much longer, and you can charge anything else that needs a boost in the meantime.

This off grid mountain lodge situated at 3,700 feet in the mountains, on a private lake, has all the comforts of home. Three bedrooms have a queen and single bed with one room having two single beds. Close to the lodge are three rustic cabins that are 12' x 10', each cabin sleeps 2 each, use of an outdoor cook shack and fire pit. Campsites are available too! Enjoy the spectacular lake and mountain views. Bring your fly fishing rod to enjoy catching and releasing wild rainbow trout (additional fee).
