Besides abundant fishing, the Egmont area provides easy access to world class scuba diving, sea kayaking, white water rafting at Skookumchuck Rapids, biking, hiking, photography and of course, west coast wildlife viewing. We are a starting point for two world-famous sites - two blocks to Skookumchuck Trail entrance, and at head of beautiful Princess Louisa Inlet.

Painted Boat Resort & Marina is the premier resort on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, Canada. Located two hours from Vancouver via BC Ferries from Horseshoe Bay and Highway 1, the Resort is also accessible by seaplane. Whats our story? Our Langley winery was where it all started, but this is where it all happens! The story of our Okanagan winery might start with a tasting in our wine shop, and a friendly conversation over a few sips as you learn about our history on the Naramata Bench. Sea otter Enhydra Lutris and whale watching tours in Esperanza Inlet on the west coast of north Vancouver Island. Boat tours last about 5 hours with shore break. The price of $600 is per boat charter; there is a 12 person limit. Accommodation & meal packages available. Sea otters can be viewed year round, Humpback whales usually show up late spring to fall. Black bears can be spotted after April.

The AlpenRose is located in a quiet neighborhood beside the forest. We are 3 mins to the gondola at Revelstoke Mountain Resort and 5 mins from downtown and all amenities. I have four comfortable modern bedrooms. Each room has a beautiful view of the mountains, quality linens, private bathrooms with environmentally friendly bath products, full HD cable, wifi and in room climate controls. There is also a seasonal hot tub. You have a choice from a variety of breakfast options and your meal is prepared fresh daily using locally sourced ingredients as much as possible.
