This seasonal government-run campground on the ocean offers affordable RV and tent camping in nature with fabulous panoramic seascape views. It features a long sandy beach, bird watching, nature events, a variety of walking trails, including a user-friendly loop trail. It is close to the ferry, airport, downtown Victoria and the Lochside Regional Trail. The campground has 18 beach front RV sites, 5 treed tent trailer sites and 24 treed tent sites, and all campsites are self-contained. Sites are reservable online only, up to 30 days in advance; no first-come first-serve. All sites $25/night; $10 for each additional vehicle. Payable online by Visa or Mastercard. Explore 22 secluded acres of pristine forest and sand and pebble beach while you stay in one of our 12 walk-in waterfront and forest campsites. This year round resort is located approx. 1 hour south of Vanderhoof in Finger/Tatuk Provincial Park. The resort offers 7 modern cabins, with one being wheelchair friendly, complimenting the accessible dock area and lift. In addition, there are 10 campsites with a large grassy area, overlooking the creek where grizzly bears can sometimes be spotted in the fall: fishing for spawning kokanee.
