Although, both locations are considered a rain forests and are known for culture, beauty and marine life, they are both arguably known best for their legendary bounties of salmon & halibut. Kevin has been fishing his whole life and is located in Port Renfrew BC and fishing off the west coast of Vancouver Island. With over 20 years of professional fish guiding experience Kevin would love to share his knowledge of the waters with YOU!

We are a year round guiding and rental business. We do riverboat tours to Kinuseo Falls in Tumbler Ridge. We also have other river destinations. We also do Jeep tours and guided ATV tours. Guided hiking tours are also available. We rent ATVs and kayaks as well as other camping equipment. Winter time brings guided snowshoe and snowmobile tours. We also rent avalanche gear, snowmobiles and snowshoes.

Welcome to the Roedde family's home. Gustav and Matilda Roedde settled in Vancouver in 1888. Gustav opened the first bookbinding business in Vancouver and by 1893 moved into their new house in the West End. Roedde House is attributed to famed architect Francis Rattenbury and is a City of Vancouver-designated Class A Heritage House. Since 1980, the Roedde House Preservation Society has taken painstaking care to renovate and furnish the house to reflect the ambience of late Victorian family life. Island Römer Adventures offers exceptional guided kayak tours in and around Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. We offer a 4 hr tour around Saysutshun (Newcastle Island) and a 7 hr tour to Decourcy Island. Grizzly Bears, return each August for the salmon run in Toba Inlet. A cycle that has taken place for a millennial on the traditional territory of the Klahoose First Nation. Against a breathtaking backdrop and from viewing platforms, we have optimal sight lines to view the bears in their natural habitat. Tours led by Klahoose guides and partners from Campbell River from late August to mid-October.
