Culture Shock Interactive Gallery is a 100% Aboriginal owned and operated Gallery in Alert Bay on the northern tip of Vancouver Island. We offer interactive First Nations cultural experiences including cedar weaving, traditional salmon barbeque, storytelling and traditional ocean-going canoe tours. We also retail local First Nations art including jewellery, carvings, clothing and documentary films.

You wont find any sulphur herewhat you will find is a spring-fed freshwater lake brimming with Trout, Kokanee, Burbot (freshwater cod) and Rainbow Trout. Our waters are also great for fishing, swimming, boating, water skiing, and more. As the only resort on Sulphurous Lake, our guests get to experience the thrill of nature with the comforts of home. At Raincity Distillery, we specialize in making cocktails that are out of this world. While, we will make you a basic Cosmo or Gin & Tonic (if you really want one and insist), you'd be extremely pleased ordering something off our menu or asking us to surprise you. When it comes to cocktails, we really don't mind tooting our own horn and admitting that we know how to amaze. We're not afraid to play with ingredients that you'd think wouldn't go together.
