The Blue Grouse Country Inn, surrounded by park lands invites you to put the world behind you while discovering the wilderness of Wells Gray Park. Well appointed rooms with modern amenities are offered in a peaceful quiet setting. A guest kitchen and an outdoor BBQ are provided for preparing your own meals. The Daajing Giids Visitor Center is located on the waterfront with gorgeous ocean views. We are an excellent local source of information when visiting Haida Gwaii. Inside the longhouse inspired building you will find engaging, resourceful staff, artisan galleries, a gift shop as well as useful interpretive materials. Head outside to our garden and picnic area to relax and take in the fresh air. We also have a large day parking area for RVs and clean indoor public restrooms. We are closed seasonally from December until mid-April. We will be intermittently checking our email; and voicemail messages throughout this time. Stay tuned for our reopening date in Spring!
