Clos du Soleil is a small artisan winery and estate vineyard on the Upper Bench of the South Similkameen Valley, in British Columbia, Canada. We produce ultra-premium quality wines, borrowing an aesthetic derived from the great wines of Bordeaux, but stamped with the flavours and aromas of our particular piece of rocky Similkameen land. Through traditional winemaking techniques, informed by research, but adhering to the philosophies of minimal-interventionist winemaking and biodynamic viticulture, we produce wines that are complex and classic, ageable, and elegant. The Cariboo Ski Touring Club is a non-profit organization that caters to cross-country, skate skiing and snowshoers. We provide 75 km of groomed trails for both classic and skate skiing. Our family has been growing delicious blueberries in Chilliwack, British Columbia since 2007. Farming has been apart of our lineage for over 30 years with blueberries as our main focus from the beginning. During the summer months, blueberries are picked fresh daily and frozen to be enjoyed later. We only freeze the best berries, those which we would feel good feeding our own families. With almost 100 acres of blueberries, we are dedicated to growing great tasting berries at an affordable price. Our goal is to grow and produce natural and flavoursome blueberries. We use all-natural and non-toxic products on our blueberries in order to provide our customers with nutritious, fresh and frozen blueberries throughout the year.
