Situated in the Trail Riverfront Centre, the Trail Museum & Archives offers a glimpse into Trail's long history as a pioneer industrial town and sports haven. Feel free to contact staff in advance to ensure your group are able to visit together. While masks are not required, they are encouraged! The Trail Museum & Archives shares space with the Trail & District Public Library. Plentiful paid, on-street parking is available, with one free RV parking stall. We are also situated one block from the main public transit hub in downtown Trail. Feel free to contact staff in advance for any questions you may have. Barefoot Beach Resort is a luxury RV campground with a 14 unit Yurt Village. We have our own private beach located a short walk from your RV lot, two of our Yurt rentals are waterfront. Our campground has the largest RV lots in the Okanagan with beautifully landscaped gardens that are irrigated and a canopy of mature trees that provide lots of shade. Direct access to miles of KVR biking and hiking trails. On site laundry for $2/load and an off leash area for dogs. We have a seasonal restaurant and ice-cream shop and focus on providing health conscious and family friendly accommodation. Previously we had offered tent sites which attracted the wrong atmosphere and maintenance issues, we are proud to be focused now on a community of long term visitors that come back year after year.
