Jags Beanstalk is a family owned bistro with four guest rooms. Located in Skidegate on Haida Gwaii, just 1 mile north of BC Ferry Terminal and a 10 minute walk to the Haida Heritage Centre. The bistro is open 6 days a week & closed on Sunday. Bistro serves a full breakfast & lunch menu, espresso coffee & fresh daily pastries. Four guest rooms each have a view w/private bath, cable tv & wifi.

Gallery Jones represents contemporary art by Canadian and International artists in the mediums of painting, photography and sculpture. During the autumn and winter months, the Visitor Centre is not staffed. But you will find self-serve information available, such as maps, schedules, visitor tips and more. So be sure to stop by when visiting. This building is truly special. It is one of only a few commercial buildings in BC from this era with intact interior elements. It contains all of the counters, shelving, gas lights, string holders, paper dispensers, as well as a cash register, weigh scale, coffee grinder, cheese wheel and many other items that were used in the operation of the store. The museum aslo contains information on Ainsworth's rich history in the region. Stepping into this store is truly like stepping back in time. The museum also hosts an artisan gift shop filled with beautiful handmade goods as well as an amazing selection of crystals, gemstones, singing bowls, leather goods, and eco friendly Canadian made clothing.

Vaseux Lake Provincial Park is a popular roadside campground that provides excellent fishing opportunities for bass, trout and carp. This park boasts beautiful lakeside sites. It is conveniently located on Highway 97 between OK Falls and Oliver. It is minutes away from amenities and popular tourist spots. Viewing platforms at Vaseux Wildlife Centre offer excellent nature sighting opportunities for birds, aquatic life, mountain goats and big horn sheep. Park users at Vaseux Wildlife Centre should use caution as poison ivy is common in the area. Open from the first weekend in April through Thanksgiving Weekend.

Ocean Light II Adventures offers wildlife viewing and nature discovery tours on the BC Coast.
