The Westbank Museum and West Kelowna Visitor Centre is open. We are a community museum as well as a Visitor Information Centre. We strive to promote our community's history and to give visitors outstanding service! We are open daily 9 am to 4 pm from May Long Weekend to Labour Day Weekend.

Our pictures of the cabins so aptly display the many times the Lake is like glass... camp just feet away from the water's edge and enjoy the eerie yet calming call of the many loons... campfire evenings with friends and family are our specialty. Welcome to Cluxewe, a natural wonder, in the land of the Kwakiutl people. Cluxewe has two different, but related, meanings: place of the changing river mouth and place of refuge. Listen to waves splash on the shoreline. Awaken to the haunting sound of loons or the rusty-gate screech of a bald eagle. Enjoy fabulous summer sunsets over Broughton Strait. In early summer you can enjoy both sunsets and sunrises from your deck. Each of the twelve cozy cottages, including the 3-unit "tri-plex," comes with cooking and dining utensils, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, and full bathroom. Cottages also feature TV/VCR's with satellite television. Bright and airy self contained 1000 ft2 suites , and a 2000 ft2 house overlooking Orofino Vineyard and Mountain and the spectacular Similkameen Valley are the perfect home base for a dreamy wine or outdoor themed vacation in this beautiful part of the world. We have a 1 Bedroom suite, a 2 Bedroom suite, both complete with large vaulted ceiling kitchens opening onto a private deck with barbecue and seating overlooking our vineyard. The 3 Bedroom guest house has an open spacious floorplan, and multiple outdoor sitting and dining areas. Bicycles are available for borrowing to explore our wonderful valley and Orofino Winery is conveniently located next to the suites.Laundry facilities are available upon request.
