What makes our art gallery extra² special? Established in 1992 on Salt Spring Island by the forever Benevolent Dictator, Matt Steffich (left) 1958-2020. Representing artists of the highest level, hosting notable shows for Norval Morrisseau, Abraham Anghik Ruben's masterful soapstone carvings, wildlife artist Robert Bateman and sole Canadian representatives of Kinetic wind sculpture artist Lyman Whitaker. The coolest ongoing Rock and Roll Art exhibition of original vintage concert posters from the Fillmore West and Winterland Ballroom, San Francisco as well as rock concert photography by Dee Lippingwell, and iconic Bob Masse collectable concert posters. Lots of room styles to choose from from tiny, but economical suites, full kitchen suites, 2 bedrooms and our West Coast units with covered balconies facing the boats. We also have a 4 bedroom "Fisherman's House" with a huge deck facing the boats.

Fortress Lake Wilderness Retreats facilities are cozy and definitely comfortable. Our private guest cabins are inviting and warm, framed and paneled in tongue and groove pine, with a canvas exterior. Each cabin has a queen or 2 Twin bed arrangement and is furnished with unique hand-crafted log beds. Beds have 4 memory gel foam, and come with new linens, pillows, and duvets.

Pentage Winery is a boutique winery over looking Skaha Lake in Penticton, BC - producing small lot, world class wines. Our wine shop is open daily between 11-5pm from May through to the beginning of October. During the winter months sales are available at the winery by appointment - just give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Tons of fun for kids of all ages, the Blackcomb Base Adventure Zone is located in Whistler's Upper Village and includes a variety of activities for the whole family to enjoy (some restrictions may apply).
