Crafting wines since 1999, and led by acclaimed winemaker Ross Wise, MW, discover wines that pair tradition with the unconventional. Born and raised in New Zealand, Ross joined the Black Hills Estate Winery team as winemaker in 2019, where he enjoys pushing wine quality boundaries for Black Hills premium portfolio, while also leading the transition to organic and biodiversity focused farming. Stoneboat is a family owned artisan winery in Oliver, BC. For over 35 years the family has farmed on the South Okanagan's Lower Black Sage Bench, where rocky, calcareous subsoils, warm days, and cool nights create perfect conditions for growing premium Pinot varietals of distinct character and complexity. Our approach to winemaking is inspired by our farming philosophy, valuing integrity, balance, and minimal intervention to create critically acclaimed, honest wines that are true to their origins in our vineyards. Our wineshop is open April - September daily from 10-5:30.

Bilston Creek Farm is a lavender farm in Metchosin, rich in history dating back to 1851. We create beautiful experiences and craft natural products for face, body, kitchen and home. Our entire collection is made on our farm with our own lavender, apples and honey, locally foraged botanicals, and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. The farm is host to weddings, private events, and community activities a place to bring people together to create everlasting memories and immerse themselves between the forest and sea.
