Our beautiful remote wilderness lodge is located at the shore of Williston Lake, 65 km by boat from Hudson's Hope. Pick up in Hudson's Hope is included. We also provide great guided wilderness adventure for individuals, couples and smaller groups (up to 8 persons). All trips are unique and individual, when it comes to accomodation, activities and duration. We can take you into the Rocky Mountains on horse back in tent camp and spend the days riding and hiking - we can go fishing for huge trouts on the lake - we can explore the area on side-by-sides, and maybe see bears, moose, elk and goats. Relaxation seeps into your body as you ease into the largest NATURAL hot springs pools in Canada. Liard River Hot Springs is a river of hot water that provides relief to Alaskan bound travellers after a long day on the road. The hot springs complex is of national ecological significance and is well known for its natural setting in a lush boreal spruce forest. The park is such a popular stop over for tourists that the campgound fills up early each day during the summer months. Liard is also open year-round. There is a hot spring open to the public with water temperatures ranging from 42° C to 52° C. Facilities include a change house and composting toilet. A boardwalk, which leads to the hot spring pools(A natural river of hot water), passes through a warm water swamp and boreal forest that supports rich and diverse plant communities as well as mammal and bird species.

TATLA LAKE MANOR/ MOTEL is located approximately 1/2 way into the Chilcotin. We are the perfect rest stop on your way west to Bella Coola or east to Williams Lake. Tatla Lake is also the perfect fan out point for your outdoor activities. We are close to hiking, fishing, cross country skiing... the list is too long. Boaters mooring at the government dock are welcome to stroll the grounds, garden, trails, and meet the world renowned wharfinger.
