The Nelson Museum, Archives & Gallery is a multi-faceted organization with a history museum exhibition, regional archives, two contemporary gallery spaces and a fabulous gift shop. The history museum features an introduction to the Sinixt and Ktunaxa nations, culture and perspectives, the history of European exploration and the challenges of trade and travel routes, and how various industries such mining, transportation, hydroelectricity affected the area and the creation of the Queen City. Our galleries rotate exhibitions eight times per year and feature everything from contemporary art and pop culture, to fine craft and design, to local architectural and social history the Nelson Museum's exhibitions connect to this areas creative energy and rich heritage. The gift shop features wares from over 100 local artists and authors. The Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre is a three-story, 30,400-square foot award-winning cultural centre designed to blend the traditional Squamish Longhouse with the Lil'wat Istken. Cultural Ambassadors share their knowledge and stories with guests, on a guided tour, augmenting the information shared throughout the centre's curated collection of cultural carvings, regalia, weaving and contemporary art. Traditional drum songs are shared at the top of each hour. See a traditional Istken Pithouse and Longhouse outside, as well as enjoying a Salish Forest Walk during summer. Bethlehem Centre is a cottage-at-the-lake style retreat and conference centre. Ideal for residential groups of 10-40 people, the Centre offers an all-inclusive experience with full meal service and on-site opportunities for quiet reflection and spiritual path-making. Situated on the shores of Westwood Lake at the foot of Mount Benson in Nanaimo, the Centre is a 5-minute walk from a swimming beach, is surrounded by forest, and is connected to miles of hiking trails. The Centre has an outdoor Chartres-style labyrinth, a finger labyrinth museum, a gift shop, a library, an organic vegetable garden and a contained eco-system outdoor pond. We are an family oriented RV Campground with rustic cabins and modern cottages. We are located on beautiful Tchesinkut Lake in central BC, 16 km south of Burns Lake. We have 9 full service sites, 28 partial sites and 3 non serviced sites. All sites, cabins and cottages are located on 2300 ft of lakeshore. Our setting is natural with most of the campsites on grassed sites. We are not a hotel. You are required to bring your own linens, pillows and towels for your stays in the cabins and cottages. Cabins require a two night stay and the modern cottages require a seven night stay. Other facilities available are coin showers, coin laundry. Worms, ice and firewood are for sale. In 2016 we upgraded our internet service so the whole resort has wifi. Reservations are required for cabins, cottages and long term stays. One night stays in the campground are by first come first serve. We are proud to have owned and run this campground since 1984.

Metchosin ArtPod is an artist-run collective and gallery located in the rural village of Metchosin, on Greater Victorias West Shore. We support local visual artists by offering opportunities to learn, create, show, and sell original work, and offer the community a venue for engaging with the visual arts. We offer: open calls for art submissions to artists in our region and beyond; externally juried art shows and sales in a gallery setting; show opening events, featured artist talks, and discussion forums; weekly drop-in art sessions; art workshops, resource networks and learning opportunities. Art drop-in sessions are held during the week, and the gallery is open Fri -Sun, 11-4. We are located in a rural village, surrounded by cafes, a micro-brewery, artist studios, historic sites, and many farms, parks and trails. So many options for art lovers Well worth a visit!

Sharing his passion for West Coast fishing, Lewis Freeman started No Limit Charters in the Summer of 2006. Based out of Victoria's inner harbor, No Limit Charters began as a local small business and has since grown to include clients from around the world. Our fishing charter vessel is fully equipped and meets or exceeds all standards set forth by the Canadian Coast Guard and Transport Canada.
