UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AUGUST 1, 2023. Nimpo Lake Resort is situated in the beautiful West Chilcotin region of BC. Our full-service log cabins are a perfect blend of modern convenience & country charm. The cabins are set on or near the lake, with gorgeous views of the lake & the coast mountains. Enjoy campfires at your private fire pit or in our large, screened in gazebo. One pet per cabin is welcome in 4 of the cabins. Two RV sites & One Tent site available, all firewood is provided. Rent a boat or bring your own and enjoy fishing for wild rainbow trout. Non motorized watercraft are free to all cabin guests. The area also offers horseback riding, hiking, nature viewing & flight seeing. Please call or email us for information and reservations. We are open from March - December, 7 days a week from 8am to 6pm, and we are open on holidays. Come visit and enjoy our tasty potato bread, delectable soups and sandwiches, giant cinnamon buns, delicious fruit pies, hand-held Cowboy pie, hearty meat pies, locally grown fruits, and vegetables. Our friendly Barista is ready to make you a specialty beverage, and our display shelves are filled with decadent fresh made or baked goodies. We have parking for buses, RVs, trucks & trailers making this a great place to stop on your circle tour, day trip or local excursion.

Located on peaceful Denman Island, Fillongley Provincial Park is a short 10-minute ferry crossing from Buckley Bay (located between Qualicum Beach and the town of Courtenay). Fillongley is a popular small campground. It has 10 oceanside, compact campsites. It is 80% reservable and reservations are strongly recommended due to the limited number of campsites available. This is the only provincial campground on Denman Island; campers may camp in the adjacent day-use parking lot overnight when the main campground is full (regular camping fees apply to overflow camping).
