Established in 2009, Maverick Estate Winery is nestled against the western slope of the South Okanagan Valley on the picturesque "Golden Mile Slopes". Our pursuit of excellence and originality has led to the development of this unique vineyard site.Our tasting room is open for personalized wine tastings for limited hours in March and April, daily from May to October, and by appointment November to February. Online reservations are appreciated, and please contact the winery directly for groups over six guests.At Maverick Winery, we know that wine is an investment in living: love, life, and good humour in bottled form.

The Rivermount Motel BnB and RV Park is your relaxation choice for your trip through the North Thompson Valley, British Columbia, Canada. We supply all your travel needs -- food, relaxation, outdoor activities, overnight stop or a vacation destination. Our spacious and clean rooms are situated close to our main lobby which serves true home cooked continental breakfast. There are also six RV sites, a campground and a newly added "Glamping Tent" situated along The North Thompson River and a large lawn with gazebo. At Kootenay Adaptive, we offer personalized rental and experience packages which include, off road hand cycling and adaptive mountain biking to persons with disabilities. Blackwood Lane Winery was the dream of Carlos Lee and that of his oenophile partners. Their goal was simple, to produce wines that lived up to their high standards and expectations. Their philosophy is summarized in the Companys motto: Bonus Vita et Bonus Amici (Good Life and Good Friends). As wine lovers, they realized that people in the Greater Vancouver area had to travel to the Okanagan Valley in order to acquire the best wines of the province, so they decided to bring the wines to them. Accordingly, they set up their boutique winery in the heart of the Fraser Valley wine corridor, only minutes from Vancouver, on 12.2 acres of the most beautiful south facing slopes in the area. The winery has a beautiful patio and an authentic stone pizza oven!

An in-home gallery and studio featuring the work of multi-media artist Val van der Poel. Visitors will see a variety of original art and, if they want they can have a mini-lesson in watercolour, acrylics, paper quilling or Alphabet Art.
