The Fort St. John North Peace Museum tells the story of the Fort St. John region from the dinosaurs to the oil and gas industries of today. Learn more about Indigenous people, the fur trade, homesteaders, and the development of Fort St. John and the North Peace region of British Columbia. Come explore a tepee, trapper's cabin, blacksmith's shop, 1921 school room, 1930s dentist office, missionary chapel, 1930 Outpost Hospital room, 1910 BC Police Barracks and Jail, Finch's General Store, and more! Try interactive activities like sorting mail in our post office. Our gift shop is a fabulous place to find books on the Peace Region, BC, Alberta, and the Yukon. We have a wide variety of souvenirs, clothing, stuffed animals, jewellery, and gifts. Our archives can help answer requests about the North Peace from photographs to genealogy. We're open Monday to Saturday year-round.

Blackfish Sailing Adventures offers sailing trips on a luxury 35 foot cruising yacht for half-day, full-day or overnight charters. We are also an accredited Sailing School and offer sailing and cruising courses from beginner to advanced levels.

Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden is a site of cultural heritage, learning, and reflection in Vancouver's historic Chinatown. Wild Bear Lodge is a small private wilderness lodge about halfway between Vancouver and Calgary. Facilities: Texas Creek Campground - 63 campsites, showers, flush toilets, boat launch. Marine Sites - 8 rustic sites accessible by boat only. Location: 20 km northeast of Grand Forks on Highway 3 at the north end of Christina Lake. Located on the popular Christina Lake in the Monashee Mountains, Gladstone Provincial Park offers fantastic camping and boating opportunities. The park also has 48 kms of hiking trails as well as backcountry horseback trails. Day-use and picnicking can be found at the nearby Christina Lake Provincial Park day-use area. Firewood and ice are available for sale at the Host Site. Marine Sites are user maintained. This Park is 100% reservable and reservations are strongly recommended. Texas Creek campground is open from the first weekend in May through the third weekend in September.

The Port McNeill Harbour Authority is located downtown on the water front, combining beautiful views of the harbour with easy access to the towns local amenities. During winter hours, we are closed during statutory holidays.
