Touring the waters around Gwaii Haanas National Park Reserve, Haida Heritage Site and National Marine Conservation Area on Haida Gwaii since 1988 has earned us a growing reputation for providing fun, educational and safe wilderness adventures at affordable prices. We offer boat tours from one to four days long including fixed roof accommodations and meals. We rent and transport sea kayaks and passengers into the Gwaii Haanas area. We have a small outdoor gear store at our office in Sandspit. We also own and operate the Seaport B&B in Sandspit.

Located on the lands of the Snuneymuxw, in the heart of downtown Nanaimo, Nanaimo Art Gallery is a public art gallery that inspires and engages its communities art. Best of all, admission to the Gallery is by-donation, making it accessible for everyone. Bullet Creek Cabins

Photo Tours on Sundays. The Photo Tours are $20 per person. For 2019 we will tour and photograph Cascade Falls starting mid-May - date TBA. Join us and bring your family. Children under 14 free. It's easy walking for everyone. We have several locations at the falls. Bring your camera, phone or tablet . Alaska View Lodge is located along the north coast of Graham Island, between the town of Masset and Tow Hill. PNE – Pacific National Exhibition
The Fair at the PNE is the best part of summer! For the last two weeks of August through the Labour Day long weekend, The Fair features more than 50 rides and attractions, nightly concerts, live performances, agricultural and animal displays, games, and food. It's fun for all ages plus children 13 years and under are free with an adult admission. The Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) fairgrounds was established in 1910 to showcase British Columbia. The PNE operates on a 114-acre site at the City of Vancouver-owned Hastings Park and consists of Playland, the annual 15-day Fair at the PNE, and Fright Nights at Playland. The PNE also includes year-round rental facilities for concerts, conventions, trade shows and sporting events with the Pacific Coliseum the largest venue within Hastings Park. The Pacific Coliseum was proud to be the official venue for Short Track Speed Skating and Figure Skating during the 2010 Winter Olympic Games and is currently home to the WHL's Vancouver Giants hockey team. No single location in Vancouver captures the spirit and history of this city, its people and its many achievements as the Pacific National Exhibition. For over 100 years, millions of guests have enjoyed shows, exhibits, sporting events, amusement rides, concerts, cultural activities and, of course, the annual Fair at the PNE. The 2017 Fair at the PNE is August 19 to September 4 (closed Monday, August 21 & 28)
Christina Lake Provincial Park
Facilities: Public beach, day-use picnic area, flush toilets, change house. Location: Off Hwy 3, in the town of Christina Lake. Christina Lake has a reputation of being one of the warmest lakes in all of Canada and is very popular with families. With its 300 metres of fine sandy beach, people flock to this swimming destination in the summer months. There is no overnight camping at this location. The closest provincial park campground with overnight accommodation is Gladstone (Texas Creek campground), 10 km east of Christina Lake. Nearby provincial campgrounds that should be able to accommodate last-minute campers in July and August include Boundary Creek, Jewel Lake, and Nancy Greene.
