Port Browning Marina Resort can be found at the head of the spectacular Browning Harbour. Our marina is a favourite destination among boaters and island visitors exploring the Southern Gulf Islands. During a visit to Port Browning you'll find overnight moorage, a convenience store, laundry and shower facilities, glamping tents, RV rentals, camping & fully serviced RV sites, seasonal outdoor pool, WiFi, kayak and paddleboard rentals and convenient access to local shopping.

This par 72 course is a beauty measuring up to 6,269 yards and each hole has tees to accommodate golfers of all skill levels. The Radium Course is an affordable, popular, and playable family friendly experience for all.

Facilities: 16 campsites, pit toilets, water hand pump. Location: 5 km west of Rock Creek on Highway 3. Johnstone Creek is a quiet, forested campground just off Highway 3. Whether you are looking for relaxation in a beautiful nature setting or are seeking a well situated roadside stopover 35 minutes west of Osoyoos, this campground is less than 10 minutes from Rock Creek and Kettle River Recreation Area. Campsites are often available for last-minute campers in peak months. Fees are cash only and are self-registration. The park has 38 hectares of mature Douglas fir, larch and spruce trees that provide habitat for woodpeckers and other cavity nesting bird species. White-tailed deer are often seen in the park. Wildlife viewing opportunities can be observed from the short nature loop hike and lookout trail. Open from the May Long Weekend through the second weekend in September.

I'm the only guide who can take people into the heritage buildings, the only one that has a Master's degree in Chinese Canadian History, and I donate money to the Chinese associations for upkeep and renovations. I take people into numerous clan and county Association buildings, to a herbal store, to a produce store, etc. Tell me what you want the focus of the tour to be and I will make it happen.

We offer two distinct tours: WAPTA FALLS WILD & SCENIC Today, we can travel these routes and imagine the hardships that must have been endured on these shorelines. mountain passes and trails. The result is one of the most unique tours in the Canadian Rockies, travelling historic trade route. This tour begins on the Beaver River and travels to the confluence of the Beaver and Kicking Horse Rivers. From there, in true Canadian fashion, participants engage in a short portage along one of the original portage routes of the Canadian West. Natives and explorers alike travelled these exact waterways and trails centuries ago. Highlights include paddling to the base of Wapta Falls, the Rockies most photographed waterfall. From there the trip continues down Class 1 Whitewater. Most of this tour occurs within Yoho National Parks, and at any point participants can glance up for sweeping views of Mount Chancellor, the Canadian Rockies peak over 10,000 feet that straddles the Western Flank of this world-renowned Mountain Range. The tour is 5 hours in length from start to finish, and departs daily at 10 AM The Wapta Falls Wild & Scenic Tour is offered Daily. With a maximum guide to participant ratio of 5:1, seating on this tour is very limited. Reservations are strongly recommended. PRICE = $129 PP CAD DOLLARS COLUMBIA VALLEY EXPLORER The Kicking Horse & Columbia River waterways through the town of Golden boast a historical significance to the Columbia area. With the stunning backdrop of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and the the Purcell Mountain Range, this tour is shorter and more urban in nature than the Wild & Scenic Wapta Tour. We will see remnants of the old docks of a bygone area that were at one time a lifeline for the residents of golden to accessing goods. We will travel under the Kicking Horse Pedestrian Bridge, the longest covered timber bridge in Canada. Once we come to the terminus of the Kicking Horse River we will travel the Columbia River for a short while. This is a good time in the evening to catch a glimpse of black bears near the water's edge, although it is not guaranteed. With a guide ratio of 5:1 Reservations are strongly recommended.
