The Canadian Wildlife Museum is located just minutes north of Vernon B.C. We offer an outstanding arrangement of Wildlife Displays, most of which the average person would never see in the wild. There are over 350 mounted specimens, ranging in size from mice to bison, including over 120 birds of prey and over 115 different species of Canadian wildlife. There is also a large butterfly and moth collection. There are 45 viewing stations, with over 220 different scenes of wildlife. The excellence in taxidermy workmanship and amazing artwork is not just in the mounted animals but also in the natural detailed dioramas. There is also a Gift Shop with many very unique wildlife/nature related novelties, souvenirs, and gifts.

Two Rivers Gallery is a vital centre for visual art in Prince George and the central interior of British Columbia, Canada. A 900 square foot building, that once was the MP shack, the museum is located to the south side of Patricia Way when entering the camp via way a RV Papa. The Museum was created in conjunction with the Cadet Training Center and the Vernon Museum to assist in the presentation and education of the Cadet Program in Canada as well as the history of the Vernon Military Camp.

Our seasonal "Caboose" Mackenzie Visitor Centre is open from May to September and is located at the Junction of Hwy 97 & Hwy 39. Enjoy the restored Tram Car 1220, originally built in 1912, and the largest artefact in the City of Richmonds museum collection. Housed in a building inspired by the architecture of the first Steveston tram station, Tram Car 1220 now rests on its original rail tracks. Nicknamed the Sockeye Special, the interurban tram service carried workers from Vancouver to Steveston to work in the canneries, from 1905 to 1958.
