Grizzly Bears, return each August for the salmon run in Toba Inlet. A cycle that has taken place for a millennial on the traditional territory of the Klahoose First Nation. Against a breathtaking backdrop and from viewing platforms, we have optimal sight lines to view the bears in their natural habitat. Tours led by Klahoose guides and partners from Campbell River from late August to mid-October.

This scenic park contains four lakes and is perfect for hiking and swimming.

We fish two different premiere locations. Haida Gwaii (Queen Charlotte Islands) located offshore in the North Pacific and Port Hardy (Vancouver Island). Although, both locations are considered a rain forests and are known for culture, beauty and marine life, they are both arguably known best for their legendary bounties of salmon & halibut. Theatre NorthWest is a regional, professional theatre dedicated to bringing our audience a wide range of plays drawn from contemporary Canadian and international repertoires. Actors and other theatre professionals are contracted for each production from across Canada to work with our resident staff in order to bring together a four-play season which runs from September to May.
