We are a family owned and operated lakefront resort with lodging in modern, well-maintained cabins and RV park. We offer pontoon boat, aluminum boat with motor, kayak and canoe rentals. Each cabin and RV site has it's own assigned dock space. The fishing is great, Loon Lake has native rainbow trout only; it not stocked, but the fish are plentiful. Beautiful natural landscape with riparian shoreline. There is no beach, but enjoying a float, swimming off the end of the docks and jumping off a rented pontoon boat are very popular water activities on hot days. RV park has coin operated showers, bathrooms, firepits, free firewood and is pet friendly.

Our backcountry ski trips provide clients with a curated backcountry experience immersed in deep powder and mountains. Langley 204 is a family oriented riding stable that has been family owned and operated for over twenty years. The Stable is located in South Langley directly across from the magnificent Campbell Valley Park and has been established longer than any other facility of its kind in BCs Lower Mainland.
