Accommodation and Experience Providers

We offer 10 log lakeside cabins. And over 20 campsites all located on Fishpot Lake. The main lodge has a licensed resterant, small convienence store and sells basic fishing and hunting supplies and tags. We have a swim dock with diving board and can boast nice swimming through the summer months. We rent boats with electric motors and a canoe as well for touring around the lake. We also have a boat launch, but we do have a motor boat restriction size of 10 horsepower or less gas motors. We have a covered barbeque area and a playground for children as well. The Oliver & District Museum is housed in the old BC Provincial Police building, a heritage location built in 1924. Learn about the South Okanagan's unique ecosystem, local mining, ranching, and agriculture, and the culture and resilience of the Syilx Okanagan people. Then step back in time by entering the Fairview Jail, one of the few remaining intact buildings from our gold mining past!

Small museum with local history and natural history of Cortes Island. Exhibits change every year. Beautiful heritage garden with picnic table - allows for family lunch. We are also a Tourist/Visitor Information Booth (T/VIB) as part of a provincial network under Destination BC

Because of this reduced capacity, we strongly recommend calling ahead to book a ride. Enjoy guided rides on our scenic working cattle ranch. With a maximum of eight riders, and a variety of options and choices, our rides are enjoyed by all levels of rider. We welcome children, novices and experienced riders.
