Way Out West Tours is a Vancouver-based and locally owned tour operator specializing in small-group sightseeing tours of British Columbia and Western Canada. We focus on promoting active and intentional tours that showcase the region's natural wonders alongside insightful and entertaining commentary.

We are a Non-profit Society preserving the history of the area that shows what life was like back in the Gold Rush days. The 108 Heritage Site has buildings on site going as far back as 1880. The buildings are opened everyday from May long weekend so people can see some of the great artifacts that they hold. The 105 Mile Roadhouse is open to the public to walk through. Our knowledgeable staff and students will be happy to give you a tour and talk about the house and how it was used then. The 108 Heritage Site runs mainly on donations from guests who appreciate and love the history behind the good old days
