Through its exhibits and archives, the Museum tells the story of the District of Lake Country and its four wards: Winfield, Oyama, Carrs Landing, and Okanagan Centre. Sorcerer Lodge is a remote helicopter accessed backcountry lodge located in the Selkirk Mountains near Golden BC and on the border Glacier Nation Park. We offer ski touring, snowboarding and mountaineering packages both guided/catered or self service. The terrain is heavily glaciated and not recommended for beginners. A variety of tree skiing gets you outside on the worst weather days and open glades and glacier runs allow access to many peaks in the area.

Featuring classic Bavarian-style architecture and unparalleled ski-in/ski-out access, the Chateau on the Ridge offers spacious and comfortable accommodations coupled with superb mountain and valley views, all just a stone's throw from the bottom of the Snow Ghost and Ridge Rocket lifts.
