Cliff and Gorge wines are straight up clean, honest expressions of our vineyards at Texas Creek Ranch outside Lillooet B.C. We figure you want to taste the product of this land with no adulteration so we add nothing, nor take anything away that alters the flavours and aromas. While, we will make you a basic Cosmo or Gin & Tonic (if you really want one and insist), you'd be extremely pleased ordering something off our menu or asking us to surprise you.
