On our West Coast Tour, we explore the Ancient Village site of Ts'aahl (Chaatl) where one can view two of the last frontal poles still standing since contact and learn about the history of the village. The fishing areas near Campbell River are protected from the ocean swell of the west coast of the island and are home to five species of salmon as well as bottom fish. You will need a fishing licence with salmon stamp which can be purchased at our local tackle shop or purchased and printed from any computer if you search "Canadian tidal fishing licence" the site will come up.
