Founded in 2004, the Smith Family built Howling Bluff Estate Winery and vineyard from scratch on our farm on Three Mile Rd that is now part of the famous Naramata Bench wine region. We released our first vintage, the 2006 Sauvignon Blanc, in the spring of 2007. Four BC Lieutenant Governor awards, one Silver in the Decanter World Wine awards, one Red Wine of the Year award, and too many other accolades to count later, Howling Bluff is now focused on finding the best expression of our vineyard for our wines while making sure we create a legacy of a sustainable family winery that our children will continue with far into the future. From our solar panels to our biodynamic, organic and most importantly to us sustainable farming and winemaking practices, added to our efforts to buying local when possible to our most ambitious mission yet: to use, as much as possible, products that have the lowest possible footprint on our planet.

Modern luxury comes to the country at the Hillcrest Farm Market B&B. Each suite has a large private balcony showcasing breathtaking views of the city. Spacious rooms offer contemporary comforts, with a fireplace, flat screen TV, and a luxurious private bathroom with tub and shower, creating a home away from home. The Kispiox River Lodge is a B&B, an event space, and a caterer all year round, and opens a seasonal restaurant every fall. Owned by local brother and sister, Hannah and Simon Stockner. Gratefully located just outside of Hazelton in Northern BC, within the Gitxsan Nation.

Coombs Country Campground is a 34 acre RV park and campground located 5 minutes from both Parksville and Qualicum Beach on the way to Tofino. We are located next the Coombs Rodeo grounds and close to all the shops in Coombs. We have 100 fully and partially serviced and unserviced tent campsites, a pristine 2.5 acre lake, 12 acres of forest trails, heated pool and hot tub, general store, and a playground and arcade for the kids.
