The Vancouver Maritime Museum is a fun, family-friendly place to explore and learn about the sea and the ships that sail it. Climb aboard the historic St. Roch, the first ship to make the west-east traverse of the Northwest Passage. Wander the decks and immerse yourself in the experience of the crew who worked aboard the boat in the 1940s. Kids can imagine, create and play in Underwater World, and the whole family can explore galleries and exhibits that chronicle the rich maritime history of the Pacific Northwest and the Arctic. Enjoy rotating art exhibits that explore our relationship with the sea and take in exhibits on shipwrecks, lighthouses, early fur trade, fireboats, warships, deep-ocean exploration, ship models, the Arctic and more.

Arbutus Ridge Golf Club is located 20 minutes from the outskirts of Victoria on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Deep Cove Kayak Centre is Vancouvers premier paddling location. With one of the largest fleets in Canada, we offer rentals of high quality single and double ocean kayaks, stand up paddleboards (SUP), and surf skis that will suit a wide range of paddling styles and experience levels. Explore the natural and human history of Smithers and the surrounding Bulkley Valley at the Bulkley Valley Museum! Located in the historic Central Park Building, the Museum features engaging and informative temporary and permanent displays on local history and culture, including Driftwood Canyon fossils, Witsuwit'en (Wet'suwet'en) history, and the the mystery of the American B-36 bomber that crashed in the mountains near Hazelton. Explore the streets of Smithers with our free historical walking tour brochure. Kids can enjoy our scavenger hunt activity. The Museum is fully accessible, has ample on-site parking for RVs, and a gender-neutral accessible washroom.

Spirit of the West kayaking Adventures has been offering sea kayaking tours and trips around Vancouver Island, BC, Canada, since 1996. Our most popular tours travel to the orca waters of Johnstone Strait, British Columbia to kayak in the realm of the whales. We also offer trips to Desolation Sound, the Broughton Archipelago, Nuchatlitz Marine Park on the west coast of Vancouver Island and the Great Bear Rainforest on the Central Coast. We also offer tours to the Exuma Cays in the Bahamas and Chilean Patagonia during the North American winter.

The Prince George Farmers Market has been serving the Prince George Community since 1995. The Market runs YEAR-ROUND from 8:30-2 every Saturday. Our Vendors offer exquisite artisan crafts, fresh local produce, prepared hot-foods, and so much more! Each week the Market hosts live music outside so come down, relax and enjoy the pulse of Prince George's downtown culture!

Cultus Lake Golf Club is a stunning 4000 yard, 18-hole executive course, featuring fairways bordered by large fir and cedar trees. Established in 1990, this family-run business has been an important part of the community for many years. The beauty is self evident the moment you arrive at this course located just ten minutes south of Highway 1. The Hedley Museum is closed for the 2022 season now. Opening again in May of 2023. Opening hours generally include Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Mondays 10:00-4:00pm. In 2023 we hope to be open 7 days a week for July and August. A charming heritage museum in the heart of the Similkameen Valley, that shares the towns gold mining history. The building houses a gift shop, tea room and an amazing collection of photos, stories and artifacts. The back garden is shaded and provides a welcome place to sit and enjoy the day. The building is wheel accessible and air conditioned. Admission is by donation and our tour guides will gladly show you around the museum. Also lots of brochures, maps and info for tourists & visitors at the info booth inside the museum.
