Just minutes off Hwy 1, Simon Fraser University Conference and Guest Accommodations are proud to offer a variety of accommodation and meeting room choices at our urban mountain top retreat. With accommodations for up to 750, we have options to suit the budget needs of groups of all sizes. Hotel rooms, meeting space, and dining facilities are available year round. Townhouse Quads and Private Residence rooms are available mid-May to mid-August. The Simon Hotel offers 14 rooms total, 11 with a queen bed (Queen Suite) and 3 with a queen bed and a pull out sofa couch (Queen with Sofa Suite). Parking is included in the room rate for the Simon Hotel. Simon Hotel suites include free WIFI, a mini fridge,Keurig coffee and tea brewing system, HDTV, & more.

The Sunny Shuswap B&B is located on the Trans Canada Highway in the BC Southern Interior in the cozy community of Chase. We are just a short 5-10 minute walk from Little Shuswap Lake, and back onto the 9-hole Sunshore Golf Course. Ideally located between Kamloops and Salmon Arm, this is the perfect place for a multi-night stopover or a quick one or two night getaway! Come and enjoy our beautiful, peaceful backyard with an outside eating area and BBQ and a full kitchen for those who wish to cook their own dinner. Enjoy a fully prepared breakfast made fresh for you each morning. Free off-street parking available for all guests. Check in between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm with checkout at 10:00 am. The Grist Mill Campground is a small creekside campground on Keremeos Creek, and is part of the Grist Mill and Gardens Historic Site. Each of the eleven serviced campsites back onto the creek and have both water and power. There are also two tent-only sites without creek access. Washrooms are available to campers 24 hours a day. During the daytime, our restaurant is open for lunch and our lovely gardens and site are open for tours.

Join a local guide for a uniquely Canadian experience on one of the mountain lakes surrounding Sun Peaks. Try your hand at catching a few of the hard-fighting wild Rainbow Trout through the ice. Everything from pick up to drop off is provided from Sun Peaks, door to door transportation, a heated ice fishing tent, a hot beverage and all the fishing gear you need to catch some fish.

Guiding in many industries such as Ski touring, Heli and Cat skiing in a few different country's . He has made his home with his family in Golden BC and at Mistaya Lodge. David was working at Mistaya from day one and took over ownership in 2003. We host small groups of no more that 14 guests at a time.
