Facilities: 14 campsites, day-use area, public beach, rustic picnic cabin, water hand pump. Location: 26 km west of Castelgar on Highway 3. An easily-accessible, roadside park with a sub-alpine lake, Nancy Greene Provincial Park is a welcoming and convenient site for day-users and campers. The park is a popular overnight stop for RVer's and also provides day-use for local residents wishing to escape the summer heat of the valley. It's picturesque lake makes it a great spot to enjoy fishing, picnicking, walking, swimming, and nordic skiing in the winter. Grizzly Bear sightings are common in Spring and early Summer. Open from May 15 through the last weekend in September.

Mabel Lake Golf Course is a 9 hole golf course, designed and built by Les Furber. Our chalet style clubhouse features a fully licensed restaurant & patio, pro shop, plus banquet and meeting facilities. We also offer a variety of accommodation from luxury homes to beachfront cabins and lake view condos. Amenities include free wifi, satellite tv, swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ, etc. And if you're a pilot, we have a 2900' grass landing strip for your convenience. Everything is only a 5 minute walk away at Mabel Lake: the golf course, vacation rentals, airstrip, marina, campground, beaches, general store and liquor store. Other amenities include daily and weekly golf cart rentals, and boat and kayak rentals.

Designed by Arnold Palmer in 1983 and fully renovated in 2000, the Whistler Golf Club is located in the heart of Whistler Village. Known for our friendly service, the Whistler Golf Club is a walkable, playable golf course the prides itself on being accessible for all. Our newly renovated Practice Facility is in the heart of the village and features 5 target greens, a practice green, full chipping and bunker area and C.P.G.A. Teaching Professionals. We have a very unique fishing lodge, our lodge is located on the northern tip of Vancouver Island on the inside.WE fish for salmon five minutes away from the lodge,With some of the best fishing ground's on Vancouver Island. With halibut, ling cod , yellow eye and rock not even 15 to 20 minutes away. With out the big swells you will find on the west coast of Vancouver Island.

A picturesque site telling the story of a Surrey family circa 1900. The farmhouse is open for free drop-in visits Wednesday through Sunday from noon to 4:30pm. The historic grounds are yours to explore during park hours.

Parwood is an 18 hole disc golf course located in Sparwood, BC. The course is rugged and is built on the side of a mountain. The course is made up of 18 Innova baskets with yellow metal bands. The course is located at the end of the old ski hill road (Sparwood Heights Drive), behind Sycamore Rd. Visit the Leisure Centre (367 Pine Ave) to get maps, discs, brochures and instructions.
