Audain Art Museum
Established in 2016, the Audain Art Museum is a leading arts organization founded upon the major philanthropic gift of Michael Audain and Yoshiko Karasawa. Pender Harbour Resort & Marina
We offer ocean front cottages, yurts and a motel. We rent kayaks, paddle boards and a motor boat. Our marina has 60 slips and accommodates boats up to 50'. You can enjoy a heated chlorine-free pool during summer months.
Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre
The Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre is a three-story, 30,400-square foot award-winning cultural centre designed to blend the traditional Squamish Longhouse with the Lil'wat Istken. Cultural Ambassadors share their knowledge and stories with guests, on a guided tour, augmenting the information shared throughout the centre's curated collection of cultural carvings, regalia, weaving and contemporary art. Traditional drum songs are shared at the top of each hour. See a traditional Istken Pithouse and Longhouse outside, as well as enjoying a Salish Forest Walk during summer. Powder Pillow Bed & Breakfast
The Powder Pillow B&B is a one-bedroom suite that is conveniently situated halfway between downtown Revelstoke and Revelstoke Mountain Resort. This one bedroom suite is over 600 square feet and provides a haven of warmth and comfort for the discerning guest. The suite features hardwood floors, a gorgeous bathroom with oversize shower, a kitchenette (no stove), a Queen bed with pillowtop mattress and a sofa bed in the living room. Eagle Eye Adventures
The First in the World Certified Responsible Whale Watching Company. Eagle Eye Adventures is a company that specializes in offering whale watching and wildlife tours in the coastal waters of British Columbia, Canada. The company operates from the town of Campbell River on Vancouver Island, which is known for its abundant marine life and stunning scenery. Eagle Eye Adventures' whale-watching tours are led by experienced guides who use their knowledge of the local ecosystem to help guests spot and learn about various species of whales, including humpback whales, orcas, and gray whales. Williams Lake Cross Country Ski Club
- Temporarily closed The Williams Lake Cross Country Ski Club offers over 30 km of beautifully set cross country ski trails at Bull Mountain. We maintain a double set of classic ski tracks with a wide centre lane groomed for skate skiers. Grooming equipment consists of both a new Pisten Bully and a new Alpina Superclass snow machine. We can groom quickly and in both low and high snow conditions. Located 16km North of Williams Lake, off Highway 97 one km up Bull Mnt road we offer designated Dog trails, 3.5km of lit trails, until 10 p.m. nightly, an adventure park, terrain park, and a large stadium for hosting events. Our lodge is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, 3 accessible washrooms and a ski rental facility. We invite you to enjoy the great skiing nearby in 100 Mile and Quesnel and embrace a memorable skiing holiday in the Cariboo. Playland
Playland is part of the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) fairgrounds in Vancouver and is BCs most famous amusement park. Playland features exhilarating rides and attractions for all ages, exciting midway games, mini-golf, a climbing wall, haunted mansion and a variety of delicious food. Playland offers over 35 rides and attractions, including four exciting roller coasters. One of the most loved and talked about attractions at Playland is the historic Wooden Roller Coaster. This spectacular coaster has been operating at the park since 1958 and is cited as a Coaster Classic by the American Coaster Enthusiasts organization, which is an honour shared by only 22 other wooden coasters in the world. For the more adventurous visitors, Playland offers 15 extreme rides and attractions including the extreme swing ride Atmosfear, which takes you up 218 feet while spinning 70km/hour and The Beast, cited as Canadas most extreme pendulum ride. For those looking to experience a bit of thrill with the entire family, Playland features 17 family and kids rides including three new family rides for 2016, a spinning coaster, Bug Whirled, a peddle operated ride, Flutterbye and a tower, Dizzy Drop. For those hoping to capture amazing views of Vancouver, the Westcoast Wheel ferris wheel will provide just that! Of course, a visit to Playland is not complete without a ride on the historic Wooden Roller Coaster. Unique to Playland is Kids Playce, an area designated for parents and families with children between the ages of 2-10. Lake view Bed & Breakfast with salt water pool (open May thru Oct). Each room features a king sized bed, private entrance, en-suite bathroom and comes with a complimentary home cooked breakfast. There is a guest lounge area that is for guests only. Light cooking facilities are available. Nestled in the heart of wine country, minutes away from dozens of wineries and steps away from Tuc El Nuit lake. There are several golf courses near by and a beautiful 18 km hiking/biking trail. Ski hills are minutes away for those wanting a winter get a way.
The Raven’s Nest Resort & Campground
We offer 25 spacious campsites, 1 tipi site and 8 log cabins for nightly stays from May - October. The campsites are unserviced and include a picnic table and fire ring. The campground has outhouses with water for hand washing, a shared dishwashing sink and outdoor shower. Inside cabin includes bathrooms with showers and hot water, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, sink, dishes and a variety of sleeping arrangements in the loft. The cabins are all facing towards the wetlands with a view of the Valley. There is a deck out front each cabin with a BBQ and element for cooking, a picnic table and fire ring.
