Cameron Ocean Adventures offers whale watching & wildlife tours: With a focus on finding whales, we also encounter a multitude of other marine life, such as sea lions, seals, sea otters, eagles and marine birds. Our tours take place on a 43 foot (13 meter) covered boat with indoor and outdoor viewing areas, heated cabin and bathroom onboard. We provide inflatable life jackets for all our guests to be worn during the tour, as well as life jackets for children. We also provide binoculars for all our guests to use.

During the pandemic, the Sidney Street Market was transformed into the "Sidney Outdoor Markets". Its new location off Beacon Avenue, next to the Mary Winspear Centre, hosts two markets per week throughout the summer. The new location offers plenty of nearby parking, larger, less crowded laneways to walk, convenient public washrooms and a wonderful variety of local and regional growers, producers, artists, musicians and creators that consist of many of our old favourites along with loads of new, exciting vendors. All of this is still just steps away from beautiful downtown Sidney and the many shops, restaurants and waterfront walkway. The Sidney Famer's Market takes place everything Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm beginning on Mother's Day, May 8 and ending on September 25. ABOUT US The Orchard RV Retreat is on an agricultural land reserve. We grow apples for market and vegetables, herbs and edible flowers for personal use. The RV Accommodation includes five fully serviced sites. We welcome families and groups for reunions and retreats as well as individuals looking for a peaceful getaway.
