At Cannery Brewing, we make beer with heart. Its beer made by people who care, not just about beer, but about the people who drink it, about the people in our neighbourhood, and our community. We've been making beer since 2001 in beautiful Penticton, BC. We make beer with flavour, whether it be a German-style lager, a tart fruit sour, a hoppy IPA, or a rich stout. Our taproom is packed with great beer, locally inspired snacks, local wine and cider. We are, in a word, community. Were all looking for it, and now you know where it is. Mosaic Earth specializes in immersive small-group tours in rural British Columbia & the Yukon with a focus on nature-based adventure and Indigenous cultural immersion. Destinations include North Vancouver Island (Campbell River, Telegraph Cove, Alert Bay, Port Hardy), the Sunshine Coast (Gibsons to Egmont), West Chilcotin (Williams Lake to Bella Coola), and Yukon (Whitehorse to Dawson City).

Henry's carving shed is a West Coast authentic workshop, with a small community of hard working wood carvers. We are always at work, greeting people from everywhere and demonstrating the ancient art form of carving with hand tools. Artwork can be bought or commissioned on site and we can organize shipping. We are situated right on the exceptional Chesterman's Beach in Tofino, on the North end, next to the famous Wickaninnish Inn

Adjacent to the Lillooet River, in the Pemberton Volcanic Belt, you will find Tsek Hot Springs and the sacred location of the In-SHUCK-ch and Státimc people (nkkwtsa) of British Columbia. The nkkwtsa established a permanent village of (s7)ístken (pit houses) and plank houses along the banks of the Lillooet River, and a series of trails through the nearby forests to hunting grounds and neighbouring villages. The mineral hot springs at Tsek provided our ancestors with physical and spiritual wellness, while the loose, sandy nature of the soil made the cedar tree roots grow long and straight. Tseks hot and cold springs became the most important spiritual site in the lower Lillooet River Valley. It is said that the cool spring served as a healing pool where the Elder mothers trained men to be chiefs, watchmen, and other important positions in the In-SHUCK-ch Nation. Pronounced chick, Tsek Hot Springs (also known as Skookumchuck Hot Springs and St. Agnes Well Hot Springs) has continuously been occupied and utilized by the Státimc people as a location to heal and cleanse the body and spirit centuries before Europeans arrived along our shores.

In summer- we'll take you paddling anywhere from Gibsons to Pender Harbour, with Sechelt Inlet and Thormanby Island inbetween! In winter we are your Dakota Ridge specialists, offering regular road and trail condition reports, 4x4 winter transportation, and of course rental equipment, tours, and a variety lessons suited to your abilities.

Crafting wines that directly reflect the terroir of each of our 11 vineyards is about restraint. Whether it is big bold reds or crisp whites, through our winemaking process we guide the grapes from harvest to bottle with a minimal intervention. This allows the grapes to retain their unique character and directly reflect the vineyard. In the cellar, we use an old-world approach to winemaking, where the wines shape the aging process. This steadfast approach to aging with patience results in ultra-premium wines.
