The Sunny Shuswap B&B is located on the Trans Canada Highway in the BC Southern Interior in the cozy community of Chase. We are just a short 5-10 minute walk from Little Shuswap Lake, and back onto the 9-hole Sunshore Golf Course. Ideally located between Kamloops and Salmon Arm, this is the perfect place for a multi-night stopover or a quick one or two night getaway! Come and enjoy our beautiful, peaceful backyard with an outside eating area and BBQ and a full kitchen for those who wish to cook their own dinner. The Penticton & District Community Arts Council is located inside the historic Leir House Cultural Centre. Visitors are invited to tour the house while taking in the current art exhibition. The arts council offers fun art classes each month and has locally made items for sale in the gift shop. There are artists in residence to visit and it is also the home of the Penticton Potters' Guild and the Penticton Academy of Music & Dramatic Arts.
