Located in the historic community of Spences Bridge, Acacia Grove RV Park & Cabins is situated on a lush setting overlooking the famous Thompson River. Our well-appointed duplex and triplex cabins are self-contained with air conditioning, fully-equipped kitchens, two or three beds, and picnic tables. All the cabins have fantastic views of the roaring river. The RV Park is situated on a landscaped setting surrounded by beautiful trees to provide shade. We offer full hookup, pull thru and tenting sites, accommodating to everyones needs. For your convenience, free hot showers, flush toilets, and a laundromat is available for use. Also, a small convenience store, pay phones, game room, horseshoes, lawn bowling, volleyball and more are on-site. Our excellent location is ideal for sportsmen, families and nature lovers! The Fort St. John North Peace Museum tells the story of the Fort St. John region from the dinosaurs to the oil and gas industries of today. Learn more about Indigenous people, the fur trade, homesteaders, and the development of Fort St. John and the North Peace region of British Columbia. Come explore a tepee, trapper's cabin, blacksmith's shop, 1921 school room, 1930s dentist office, missionary chapel, 1930 Outpost Hospital room, 1910 BC Police Barracks and Jail, Finch's General Store, and more! Try interactive activities like sorting mail in our post office. Our gift shop is a fabulous place to find books on the Peace Region, BC, Alberta, and the Yukon.
