Founded in 2004, the Smith Family built Howling Bluff Estate Winery and vineyard from scratch on our farm on Three Mile Rd that is now part of the famous Naramata Bench wine region. We released our first vintage, the 2006 Sauvignon Blanc, in the spring of 2007. Four BC Lieutenant Governor awards, one Silver in the Decanter World Wine awards, one Red Wine of the Year award, and too many other accolades to count later, Howling Bluff is now focused on finding the best expression of our vineyard for our wines while making sure we create a legacy of a sustainable family winery that our children will continue with far into the future. Vancouver Bike Tours is an interpretive guiding company that offers daily bicycle tours of beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. Our tours make use of Vancouver's seawall, Stanley Park's forest trails and the City's bike lanes. Along the way you will hear local stories, receive historical information and view a number of the city's famous landmarks.

As of June 2018 we will be known as the "Canadian Princess Lodge & Marina" having completed the new 250ft marina. The marina will be available for guest boat moorage and local marina tourism business rentals such as sport fishing, whale watching, kayaking. Please contact property direct for marina enquires. Located on the shores of Ucluelet harbour, next to the permanently docked Canadian Princess, this resort features guest rooms with balconies overlooking the harbour and mountains. Each room at the Canadian Princess Lodge has been newly renovated as of spring 2018 equipped with free WIFI, cable TV and a coffee maker. A work desk is also provided. The Pacific Rim National Park Reserve Long Beach Unit is a 10-minute drive from the Ucluelet Canadian Princess Lodge. Go With the Wind Cruises is the longest running cruise on Okanagan Lake. These are informative, personal (your party only and leaving at your convenience), with the option to power, sail, or both. Our drop-in tour hours are from 1-4 PM Monday-Friday. Trethewey House Heritage Site is operated by Heritage Abbotsford Society, a registered non-profit. Our mission is to collect, record, preserve and share the stories of Abbotsford. We offer a range of programs and experiences including site tours, exhibits, historical Abbotsford walking tours, and more - all by donation. The Heritage Site consists of Trethewey House, Joey's Playhouse, the Upper Sumas Train Station, a Heritage Gallery, and the Sylvia Pincott Heritage Habitat Garden. Trethewey House was built in 1919-1920 by Joseph Ogle "J.O." Trethewey. As President of the Abbotsford Lumber Company, J.O. was responsible for leadership of the company during the company's boom years in the 1920s. The House is built in the local Craftsman style and was constructed using primarily local materials, making it distinct from other buildings of similar age within the City of Abbotsford.

Our Tourism Counsellors are excited to help you discover some of our hidden treasures and provide information on our events, cultural & historic attractions, artisans, outdoor recreation, relocation, maps, accommodations, dining, shopping and more. A unique vintage, antique, gift and specialty store located in a heritage building in the heart of historic downtown Merritt. Featuring a wide variety of merchandise, as well as displays of original stock from the stores early days as a general store beginning in 1928.
