Bluefin Fishing Adventures offers superb year-round fishing situated in a temperate rainforest on the southwest tip of Vancouver Island.Sooke has been a year-round fishing destination for generations. Large runs of salmon migrate annually past the West Coast of Vancouver Island, feeding and bulking up before heading for their spawning grounds.Sooke's mild climate allows for year-round fishing. May through September you can fish for hard fighting Chinooks 5 to 50 pounds - delicious Sockeye 5 to 12 pounds, energetic Coho 5 to 24 pounds, scrappy Pinks 5 to 8 and hard fighting Chums 6 to 20 pounds July through October - yummy Winter Chinooks 5 to 20 pounds November into March.

It has some odour, typical of this area, but blame mother earth. We have slowly been fixing the fundamentals but it remains in the character it was 100 years ago. The Earth Club Factory guiding principles are biodegradable, sustainable appropriate technology , organics. To a certain degree we incorporate this into our business, and always strive to do more. The Gallery at Queens Park is a community art gallery program that has provided a venue for emerging and established artists to showcase their work since 1985. Over the year, 12 exhibitions are presented in two-dimensional and three-dimensional mediums such as painting, photography, pottery, wood carving, bronze statues, and more. Artists are provided exhibition space free of charge and share their work with the community of New Westminster. Temporarily closed until August 31, 2020 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Administration is currently taking appointments on a limited basis.
